Thought i’d make a lil post about all the gear i use, i’m always trawling sites looking for setups so thought it was time i did one!

Squier Tom Delonge Signature Series Strat, still in love with it.
Amps wise, i toggle between an Orange Rocker 30 with 1x12 cabinet and a Marshall AVT 150 Combo.
Pedal wise, These are all new editions as i moved away from multi effects finally! My MXR Analog delay is incredible, just buy one. Electro Harmonix Holy Stain, Amazing Fuzz and renowned reverb in one stomp! and ye old faithful Boss TU-3.
So thats it gear wise, always adding to it, never happy of course but it does the job for me.

awesome. Manchester Orchestra - April Fools. Simple Math is shaping up to be an amazing record.
I am still unsure whether this is an absolute beast of a tune or just a lame attempt at trying to sound a bit like glassjaw. Either way im nodding my head which is a good sign.
The production is a little flat as has been the way for the last 3 TBS albums and its definitely missing Matt Rubano’s unique bass tone and style in the bridge, The drums are overly clicky especially the bass drum which always grinds my ears but overall its pretty decent. I hope the album has this sort of angst the whole way through with some catchy hooks thrown in ‘Tell All Your Friends’ Style. My only wish is that Rubano was still bringing the low end.
time to get the summer tunes out…
